EPBD – Energy Performance of Buildings Directive

BMS Controls and Energy Limited can help you carry out the various assessments that may be needed to ensure you have the correct certification in place to accord with the current legislation. This includes:-

• TM44 – Air Conditioning Inspection
• EPC – Energy Performance Certificate
• DEC – Display Energy Certificate

We can also install smart meters and live displays for energy monitoring.
